Book an Appointment

A standard appointment is 15 minutes.  This allows time for two issues for discussion. If you require more time, are booking a well man/woman check or require minor surgery please phone reception on 09 376 3015 to book an extended appointment.

If you are unable to make your doctor’s appointment please call 09 376 3015 and cancel.  If you have not cancelled your appointment within 3 hours, your usual consultation fee will be charged.  Please be mindful another patient may need the appointment.

Please wear a mask while you are with us.  This protects both yourself and others around you.  We have masks available at reception if you do not have one.

Keeping to Appointment times

Although we make every effort to run to appointment times, you will appreciate that sometimes there are emergencies or unexpected consultations that put us behind schedule. We do try to contact patients in these circumstances but you are always welcome to phone regarding the timing of your appointment.
